Returns & Refunds Policy
Urban Beauty Spa Beauty follows the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ). Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- It must be in the same condition you received it
- It must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable items
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care products
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only a partial refund may be given if:
- The item is damaged, used, or missing parts (and it’s not our fault)
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to let you know if your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and sent back to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider (refunds can take time to show)
- Contact your bank

Sale Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are faulty or damaged.

Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
